I need assistance with my order. Who can I contact?We understand that you might need immediate assistance, please send an email to us at sshineaccessories.sg@gmail.com pr you can just chat with us online and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What if my product is damaged or if the item is wrong?At S-Shine Accessories, we aim to provide only the best quality jewelry to you as we will promise to do a quality check before dispatching your order. In any case, if you do receive a damaged, or incorrect item, send us your request here with a clear photo of the defect or the wrong item you received, along with your name and order number. We'll get in touch to have your item replaced.

The item is damaged when I received it. Can I request for a refund or an exchange?We offer free return or exchange within 15 days of delivery date please email us sshineaccessories.sg@gmail.com. If your items arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund . Please email us within 48 hours.

How can I cancel my order?If you change your mind after placing an order and would like to cancel, please send an email to us at sshineaccessories.sg@gmail.com within 24 hours before we send out the shipping email to you.

I would like to gift the item to my friend. Are you able to customize wrapping for the item?Yes, we would be glad to provide you the customize gift-wrapping services including "Happy Birthday" card, "Thank You" card, premium packaging of the item to someone special! Please drop us an email with your request. (Additional fees may apply to the customize gift-wrapping service as we take great care in gifting our items to the special person.)

Do you ship to all countries?No, we are currently only shipping locally. We hope to be able to ship our products globally in future so do keep a lookout.

Can I track my order?A sms for tracking your order will be sent to you once we packed your items. Please be patient as we assure your parcel is on it's way to you.

How long does it take to ship out the order?We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends. For sale period, festive season and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 3 - 5 days in these cases.

How much is the shipping fees?Local shipping: Free local courier service for all local orders.
