Exchange Terms and Conditions

 
1. Purchased items will only be limited to one-time exchange.

2. Exchanged items will be valued as per the amount it was purchased at. The price of the exchanged item should be equal to the new item. Any additional amount in price, , customer will be required to top up the balance amount.

3. Any shipping or delivery costs will be borne by the customer. Kindly note that we are not liable for lost packages en route to our warehouse.

4. Exchanges will be based on the stock availability. If the item to be exchanges is out of stock, customer can consider to exchange something of a higher value and top up the balance amount.

5. Sale items will not be valid for exchanges.
Any exchange similar to a return will be honoured

Exchange Validity

 
1. Item(s) in new and original condition can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) with the exception of:

designs that were on final sale.
2. Items purchased using store credits or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Gift boxes and/or packaging.

Return Terms and Conditions

 
1. Purchased items will only be limited to one-time off return.

2. Return items will be processed in monetary refund by payment method.

3. Any shipping or delivery costs will be borne by the customer. Kindly note that we are not liable for lost packages en route to our warehouse. We would recommend choosing a shipping option that has a tracking option.

4. Urgent return will not be entertained. Return requests are not validated immediately and may take up to 7 - 10 working days for the entire process.

5. Sale items will not be valid for return.

Return Validity

 
1. Item(s) in new and original condition can be returned for a monetary refund within 7 days from the date of purchase (inclusive of weekends and public holidays)

2. Items purchased using store credits or gift cards cannot be returned.​

 Item(s) must also meet the following criteria:

  1. In brand new, unused condition with no signs of use or damage.

  2. In its original packaging (satin drawstring pouch, excluding the shipping box) that it came with.

 

Should the returned item(s) not meet the above return terms and conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return request and have the item(s) sent back to customers. Shipping charges may apply and will be borne by the customer.

If you change your mind after placing an order and would like to cancel, please send an email to us at sshineaccessories.sg@gmail.com within 24 hours before we send out the shipping email to you.

How can I cancel my order?

The item is damaged when I received it. Can I request for a refund or an exchange?

We offer free return or exchange within 15 days of delivery date please email us sshineaccessories.sg@gmail.com. If your items arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund . Please email us within 48 hours. Please do attach a photo of the faulty item in your email for the exchange or refund.
